    ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. We have an opportunity for a detail oriented, motivated Program Security Representative (PSR) for our customer in Cleveland, Ohio. This position is responsible for all document control functions and procedures for secure operation of all materials and media.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    This role will require the ability to work independently, establish, and maintain working relationships with U.S. Government senior managers, security colleagues, other private sector business, and other government agencies representatives. Responsibilities include:

    • Ensures compliance with all applicable security manuals, guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for physical security, information security, and personnel security. Trains personnel on their responsibilities under these documents. Conducts security indoctrination briefings and security education training as required
    • Establishes and maintains all office and security documents in accordance with government requirements. Update SOP and operational guides as needed
    • Provide weekly updates on security activities to the program security officer
    • Conducts self-inspections and develops a corrective action plan to resolve compliance discrepancies
    • Perform duties as the Control Officer including executing a TS accountability program and submitting annual inventory reports
    • Manage Program Access Requests process. Prepare packages and obtain additional information as needed.  Review packages for accuracy and submit to the approving authority. Maintain access control rosters and establish a visitor control program
    • Prepare, transmit, and maintain visit certification letters/visit requests
    • Coordinate with customer security manager for processing and maintaining clearances
    • Responsible for document control functions and develops procedures to ensure all materials and media contain proper classification markings, wrapping, cover sheets, handling and transmission of classified data is in accordance with security guidelines. Prepare documents for external distribution and processing. Prepare receipts and assist with wrapping as needed
    • Establish and oversee specialized procedures for transmission of material by secure fax, courier and registered mail. Provide daily setup and operations of secure fax machines. Develop and maintain a log of outgoing/incoming material
    • Ensure mail checked/retrieved weekly
    • Prepare courier authorization documentation and provide courier briefing/training as required. Perform courier services as needed
    • Conduct document control functions including entering data in properly, develop and oversee receipt and dispatch requirements, organizing original and copies of documents, providing document holdings lists, managing and improving SIMS database, and assist in timely locating documents assigned to others/offices
    • Assist the Program Security Manager with Facility Security Officer actions
    • Continually maintain the Facility Security Plan

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • High School Diploma
    • TS with SCI Eligibility (SSBI within 4.5 years)
    • 5-7 years’ of experience managing standard operating procedures and supporting Classified programs; some Special Access Program experience desired
    • 2 - 4 years’ of experience managing PAR process
    • Working knowledge of security manuals, directives, and Executive Orders (NISPOM, DoD 5205.07 Manuals, JAFAN series, Government Instructions, etc.)
    • Working knowledge of government personnel clearance/access database systems (such as Scattered Castles) 
    • Experience as Document Control or working knowledge of document control functions  

    Security Clearance

    • This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top-Secret/SCI Clearance
