    ZENETEX is seeking a Senior ITIL Subject Matter Expert to work in the Sierra Vista, AZ area. The Senior ITIL Subject Matter Specialist will provide ITIL infrastructure subject matter expertise to develop, improve, integrate, measure, and report on operational processes and comply with ITIL processes IAW the most current version of ITIL.  United States Citizenship and an active TS/SCI DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop and provide a monthly workload report to the COR detailing ITIL, matrixed, and functional categories support.
    • Apply best business practices to assess, develop, maintain, and update ITIL infrastructure documentation. At a minimum, the documentation shall include goals, purpose, scope, logical and physical process flows, roles and responsibilities (RACI), key process activities and tasks, inputs, outputs, process measures, and reporting requirements.
    • Provide ITIL training and facilitate knowledge transfer among Contractor and Government personnel. Provide a minimum of eight hours of formal introductory ITIL training to Contractor personnel (unless already ITIL certified) within 90 days of assignment to support this contract.
    • The instructor shall be certified in the most current version of ITIL Foundations and use a course syllabus approved by the COR responsible for ITIL.
    • Provide ITIL plans and SOPs

    Education and Experience Requirements

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    Certifications:

    • Information Technology Infrastructure Library Manager’s Expert Certificate or higher

    Security Clearance

    • This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance
