  • Overview

    ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. We have an opportunity for a Cisco Network Engineer to design, deploy, support and provide configuration management for our government customer.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide Network engineering expertise to support current and future requirements within requisite Enterprise and Customer Networks
    • Plan for, design, develop, test, integrate, and monitor and analyze networks and services across all networks represented within the customer site
    • Support IA operations, security management and protection, QA, and transition management activities governing tactical communications systems development and support.
    • Serve as Systems Administrator for Network and Microsoft AD technologies.
    • Assess, design, implement, troubleshoot, and document Cisco security solutions and related systems
    • Develop both high-level and detailed implementation and test plans for security technologies related to enterprise networks
    • Provide knowledge transfer and informal training to clients and co-workers

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • 3 Years of direct practice experience in IT systems work involving CISCO OS configuration,integration,and script writing for software and systems. 
    • CCIE required
    • Security+ required
    • DoD 8140 & 8570 IAM Level II Certified required

    Security Clearance

    • This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with SSBI.
