Overview

ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. We have an opportunity for a Logistician IV to provide acquisition and in-service support services with our KC-130 team in Cherry Point, NC.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs various tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of weapon systems supportability and/or maintainability programs and information systems.
  • Works on logistics and maintainability programs and with logistics and maintenance control organizations on issues
  • Develops, modifies, prepares, or validates documentation in relation to automated logistics or maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems
  • Generates Level of Repair analysis
  • Generates or update Engineering Change Proposals, Technical Directives, Rapid Action Maintenance Engineering Change, and Maintenance Plans
  • Assists with Harvest Hawk Plus/LAIRCM and Avionics Obsolesce Upgrade development and products

Education and Experience Requirements

  •  BS or BA degree; Working towards Professional Logistics Certification
    • ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An additional three (3) years of experience working in direct support of Defense life-cycle logistics can be substituted for a BS or BA degree
    • 10 years: Hands on and progressive experience in defense life-cycle (acquisition)

Desired Experience

  • Experience with Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) or maintenance organizations
  • Must understand Reliability & Maintenance concepts
  • DAWIA (DAU) Level III life Cycle Logistics
  • Knowledge of DoD 5000, Acquisition guide

Security Clearance

  • This position will require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. Active clearance highly desired.
