Delex Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of ZENETEX, is seeking a talented ELINT Analyst to support a team in Fort Belvoir, VA.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Successful applicants will provide a US Army customer the ability to answer enduring /standing requirements and ad hoc Requests for Information for publicly available information that answer worldwide intelligence requirements. Analysts will:


  • Provide support to worldwide information requirements through the identification, collection, and aggregation of OSINT, media, social media, gray literature, or other publicly available information using customer approved OSINT tools. Identify any products for dissemination and respond to Requests for Information (RFI) from various
  • Engage with deploying/deployed units, providing recommendations regarding publicly available information collection strategies to align with their information
  • Build tailored queries or assist customers with building queries utilizing enterprise OSINT
  • Maintain subject matter expertise and situational awareness in global areas of concern in order to better respond to customer
  • Draft and update publicly available information collection best practices in conjunction and coordination with existing and proposed Army, DoD and IC
  • Continuously identify new sources of publicly available information using multiple sources including websites, databases, and email distribution
  • Establish and maintain SharePoint portals to publish collection efforts on multiple Integrate OSINT, media, social media, cultural intelligence, and relevant points of conduct into these SharePoint portals
  • Attend any relevant meetings, working groups, or conferences regarding OSINT capabilities or tools as
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and marketing material to articulate program
  • Provide overview briefing of program capabilities to various audiences or classes as needed using presentation material described in Section3.1.12, above
  • Conduct regular road-mapping and vetting of relevant internet and NIPRNet Road- mapping requires proactive identification of new sites and resources through daily on-line
  • Searching and collaboration with OSINT practitioners throughout the U.S. intelligence and coalition communities
  • Maintain topic pages on DAIIS NIPRNet portals on a daily basis and resource pages
  • Analyst will perform metadata tagging for content hosted in SharePoint and databases through metadata creation, enrichment, and quality assurance in accordance with Army, Intelligence Community, and international best practices and metadata standards such as ICD 501 and ICS 500-21, and other community standards

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with 10 years experience in an intelligence discipline
  • Associates degree with 12 years experience in an intelligence discipline
  • 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 15 years experience using Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Analysts must have demonstrated experience in performing metadata tagging

Security Clearance

  • This position will require U.S. citizenship and a TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph
