Provide analytical support and expertise on data link interoperability, network performance, information exchange, and engagement effectiveness. Integrate, test, and operate the Government provided Link 16 Network Performance Analyzer to monitor, characterize and analyze communication systemperformance during simulated operational scenarios. Analyze engagement effectiveness and concept execution, investigating factors including track-to-truth comparison, quality of reported track data, latency, and connectivity. Develop Link 16 Network designs for the Virtual Warfare Center
VWC, ensuring designs are operationally relevant and consistent with mission requirements. Translate time slot parameters associated with Link 16network designs into characteristics that can be implemented platform system simulations.
Tailor characteristics to each platform simulations unique method of emulating Link 16 within the effects-based environment. Translate network-defined connectivity requirements into parameters that can be utilized by the VWC environment to route simulated message exchange. Analyze Integrated Fire Control (IFC) information exchange, performance and effectiveness. Monitor visualization of IFC message exchange, providing real-time awareness andfeedback to operators during integration testing. Investigate observed issues and recommend solutions. Support network performance analysis for VWC events, utilizing the Network Performance Analyzer visualization and data analysis tools. Characterize
Analyze uncertainties reported in both Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC), Track State Updates (TSUs), and Link 16 track messages. Evaluate CEC data transmission over Link 16, analyzing CEC TSU data and comparing it to data transmitted over Link 16. Identity and document differences between simulated network performance and expected operational network performance, which are due to simulation environment effects. Translate Link 16 network performances metrics obtained from simulated events into operational requirements for future Link 16 network designs.

Required Experience and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science. Mathematics, Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university. Experience cannot be substitutedfor education.. '
