    ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. We have an opportunity for an Logistics Analyst to support current and future needs of our team located in Lexington Park, MD.  The successful candidate will support the customer in providing program logistics support to ensure mission success.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    Job duties include:


    Provide support services integral to the operation and sustainment of the weapon systems’ maintenance program to include:

    • Developing and implementing weapon systems’ maintenance cost planning, budget projections, and program health assessments
    • Development, preparation, and update of weapon system maintenance program briefs to ensure data is accurate and consistent with approved plans and key program events
    • Analyzing and validating weapon system maintenance program projected and actual cost data and recommend changes to ensure program requirements and alternate acquisition strategies are properly priced, phased, balanced, and executable
    • Reviewing and analyzing funding execution status for all weapon system maintenance programs
    • Preparing program briefings, technical reports, financial analysis, and meeting coordination. Attend Program Management Reviews and assist program logistics manager in preparing the minutes of the meetings
    • Preparing technical reports/presentations/briefings using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat software
    • Maintaining configuration control of weapon system maintenance briefing materials
    • Gathering, coordinating, validating and submitting documentation required to execute contracting actions such as the Procurement Initiation Document (PID) process
    • Supports logistics and maintainability programs and logistics and maintenance control organizations on issues such as:
      • technical evaluation and identification of weapons systems logistics requirements and resources
      • development of logistics support and maintainability programs or plans
      • systems acquisition requirements analysis
      • budgetary or financial analysis and control; life cycle cost analysis and control
      • weapons systems hardware and software standardization and compatibility
      • Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)/Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) program test and evaluation planning and execution; and,
      • ILS/R&M program management analysis

    Education and Experience Requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    • TOP SECRET clearance with SSBI completed within the past five years
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, scientific, business, management, or equivalent field.Relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement: Associates degree and 2 years’ additional relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years’ additional relevant experience
    • Four (4) years of experience in technical analysis/management/development/integration in mission planning and of operational ILS requirements, acquisition Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Maintenance Planning, Logistics Support/Supportability Analysis, Operational Availability analysis, or resource requirements analysis related to in-service support of DoD weapons systems
    • Experience or education demonstrating ability to perform ILS studies, analysis, and evaluations in support of DoD weapons systems/equipment
    • Two (2) years of current experience analyzing and preparing logistics documentation in support of mission planning
    • Experience preparing SOWs for technical and administrative contractor support

    Security Clearance

    • This position will require U.S. citizenship and an activeTop Secret security clearance based on a current SSBI
