Delex Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of ZENETEX, is seeking a Program Manager to manage and oversee the administrative and daily operations of contractor functions, ensuring compliance with terms of the contract. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Program Manager will be required to oversee the supervision of contractor personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution.

In addition, the Program Manager will lead an engineering and technical support team for all phases of operational test and evaluation (OT&E) across time-phased activities to include early involvement, OT&E planning, OT&E execution, OT&E reporting, and in-service monitoring phases. Tasks include managing team activities, budgeting, and delivering periodic reports involving technical and business operations.

Education and Experience Requirements


- TS/SCI clearance required
- Required experience is equivalent to four (4) years’ experience in managing technical support contracts and general professional experience in developmental or operational test and evaluation of aircraft, weapons, software or systems. 



- Desired experience for the Program Manager should likewise demonstrate recent, high-level experience in the management of technical support contracts in developmental or operational test and evaluation of tactical aircraft, weapons, or systems.  The PM experience may also include experience directly applicable to FA-18A-F, & EA-18G, in an operational test environment.   

Security Clearance

  • This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance
